Bespoke – Where practicality, desirability and affordability become reality.
By Eye Magazine published 4 February, 2012 No CommentsWhen Tony and Joy Shildrick decided to start their own building/home improvement business in Redcar, they wanted to create a unique experience for their customers and Bespoke Better by Design and Bespoke Conservatories were born.
Bespoke Better By Design’s showroom is situated opposite the main Post Office on Cleveland Street in Redcar. The Bespoke showroom reflects the ability to display many products in a relatively small area.
Visitors to Bespoke Better By Design’s showroom can view doors, including internal, composites, PVC panel and automated garage doors. Windows are well represented, with a variety of colour options available and for those with period properties, there is also the opportunity to check the benefits of sash windows in maintenance free PVC.
Projects in which Bespoke have undertaken are represented on a TV screen showing a slideshow of photographs of the work which the Bespoke team have undertaken. Details of their award winning project can also been seen.
Tony and Joy both believe the FMB Highly Commended 2010 Award inspires confidence and reflect the total commitment to customer satisfaction of the whole Bespoke team.
Building the Bespoke team and developing partnerships with suppliers is viewed as a crucial part to creating great relationships with customers. The customers them selves become part of the team promoting Bespoke to family and friends.
The collection of thank you cards on display is testimonial to customer satisfaction.
Friendliness combined with experience allows the Bespoke team to assist their customers to design projects that are practical, desirable and affordable. Tony and joy are committed to developing their business in Redcar, helping to bring employment and success to the town they are proud to call home.
